The All Decked Out Services team painted the entire upper floor of our townhome with its high ceilings and open spaces. They helped us select colors where the ceilings came together in different rooms, and they exhibited a high degree of professionalism and integrity while being left alone in the house for entire days while painting. The team paid incredible attention to detail and worked around our crazy schedule. When noticing how a window needed to have the frame repaired, they also pointed out the same need on the back door of the detached garage. They fixed both to perfection. They even went beyond the call of duty and helped replace some ceiling lights, and moved a smoke detector that was unreachable due to the height of the ceiling. I reached out to Ric at All Decked Out Services to see what repairs needed done and our options for stain color. Ric explained what needed done and why, he also kept me updated frequently on the timeline when his crew would be out to get the job done. Chris and Tim did an amazing job with the repairs and stain! These guys were very professional and explained what they were doing and answered all questions we had as they were finishing the repairs. I highly recommend going with Ric and his crew for any future work! These guys really do the best work.

Ric came out and gave us an estimate after a previous contractor said they could stain our deck and failed to do so. His crew came out and fixed the initial tiger striping from the previous pressure wash and gave us a recommendation on color for our new solid stain. We ended up choosing that exact color they suggested. The new color even brightened up our lower deck area. His crew kept our backyard clean each day they were here. They protected the house from the stain and we couldn’t be more happy. We can finally enjoy our deck!

…I rarely write reviews but Ric Caylor’s work exceeded all my expectations for reconditioning my 2 decks at a fair and reasonable price. His work has earned this high recommendation for ...power washing both decks to remove spotty mold and mildew, carpentry replacing several weather-worn boards, making strong 15’ tall support columns and seating them perfectly in poured concrete footings, building a gate that complements the deck so well and showcases his craftsmanship (fitting it with new s/s hardware) and finishing it all with a fresh, water-resistant stain. He also went above and beyond by power washing my front path and gutters and creating a door to a storage area. I am pleased to say Ric’s work brought my deck back to a condition I can be proud of once again. Moreover, he is a true professional with a strong work ethic and is a pleasure to have on my home team!

Would give 10 stars if I could! Ric is amazing and had our deck restored to like new as well as the pavers around the pool all cleaned out and no more moss and green! I never expected this kind of outcome and we are so incredibly happy with the work. Rick was responsive, professional, thorough and incredibly kind to work with. No doubt we will have him do work in the future and annual visits to keep our outside looking beautiful. Thank you Ric!

"Delivered the excellent results"

Recently hired All Decked Out Services to power wash my home, sidewalk, patio and mold on the shingles Ric the owner noticed that the chimney cap was rusted and rust began to stain the siding. He offered to inspect the chimney cap while up on the roof and provided me with photos. The cap was definitely in need of repair and painting. I was very happy to have this completed and not have to hire a separate contractor. Regarding power washing of house and roof, I did have other companies power wash my home before, however none of them delivered the excellent results of All Decked Out Services. My home never looked this clean. Ric was not in rush to complete the job and attention to detail was evident in all areas cleaned. He asked me to review the work when he was done to insure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend All Decked Out Services to improve the look and longevity of your property.
